Everyone has a dream

Dreams shape who we are. They reflect our passions and guide us through the journey of life; they vary from person to person. This is especially true in students.

Some students dream of becoming a professional athlete that rallies together entire cities, while others dream of serving their community by becoming teachers, nurses, or first responders. Equal Opportunity Network is about ensuring that students are afforded the opportunity turn their passion into a profession. No matter what the student’s passion may be.

Unfortunately, students residing in low-socioeconomic communities are not afforded the same opportunities as students in other communities. From cognitive development to academic achievement and even career success, students from low-SES communities face an uphill climb in pursuit to reach their dreams. Our mission is to create a long-lasting impact in communities by:

• Developing environments that encourage social, emotional, and physical growth

• Providing knowledge, perspective, and resources to students

• Creating equal opportunities for low-SES students
